The family room was spacious, which worked well for my needs. The staff was helpful and PLEASANT. The location was great and it was a short walk to the center.
The room was dirty and had previous occupants' rubbish in the bin. The windows DIDN'T shut properly and outside noise was loud because of the single glazing. There were no fresh towels or bedding available and the bathroom was cold.

The room looked tidy at first, but closer inspection revealed issues. Rubbish from previous guests sat in the bin. Also windows failed to shut completely, so noise came in. I saw one staff member during my whole stay. No fresh towels looked. It was not a good experience.

The staff was consistently helpful and pleasant. The location proved great considering the price. The family room offered plenty of space for our group. It was a short walk to many destinations, about 15 minutes to the city center. I requested additional towels and they were promptly provided, and the bins were emptied daily. I found the bed to be comfortable, awesome for restful sleep.
The shower was slightly below average.

The Family Room provided ample space and contained comfortable beds. The bathroom was well maintained and functional. It included necessary amenities. I noticed that the room had sufficient lighting and storage, very useful.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, addressing requests quickly. They offered assistance with directions and local information. Their proactive approach ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process. I felt very welcomed and supported.

The hotel is close to different venues, offering easy access. There is good bus service into the city center right in front of the building. Supermarkets are located just across the street and a shopping area is a short walk away.
